A warm, creamy spinach artichoke dip that’s perfect for gatherings and movie nights.

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish, making sure to even out the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or bread.

Notes

For best results, ensure spinach is well-drained to avoid a watery dip. Feel free to add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
