  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Optional toppings: avocado, jalapeños, salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken breasts evenly with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Meanwhile, combine shredded cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, honey, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  6. Warm tortillas on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Slice the grilled chicken and assemble tacos with chicken and cilantro lime slaw.
  8. Add optional toppings if desired and serve warm.
