A delightful Sourdough French Toast recipe that brings joy to brunch with its simple yet decadent flavors of cinnamon and maple syrup.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Butter or oil for cooking
  • Maple syrup, for serving

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  3. Dip each slice of sourdough bread into the egg mixture, soaking for a few seconds.
