Soft White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge

Creamy and dreamy fudge infused with peppermint, perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa powder, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Fold in crushed candy canes, reserving some for topping.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan and spread evenly.
  5. Top with reserved crushed candy canes for that extra festive flair.
  6. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set, about 120 minutes.
  7. Cut into squares and serve!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
