  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, matcha powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Mix the melted coconut oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
