Delightful no-bake dessert combining coconut and rum flavors, perfect for sharing and tropical inspired.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, rum, and graham cracker crumbs in a large bowl until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish, ensuring it is compacted.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until firm.
  4. Optionally, melt white chocolate and pour over the set bars. Let it cool and set.
  5. Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Press the mixture firmly into the baking dish for better shape. Customize with nuts or dried fruits as desired.
