A decadent twist on the beloved campfire treat, featuring a graham cracker crust filled with smooth chocolate and topped with toasted marshmallows.

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get things warmed up for our delicious creation.
  2. Place the chocolate chips in a mixing bowl. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it’s just simmering and then pour it over the chocolate chips. Let it stand for about 2 minutes to allow the chocolate to soften, then stir it until you achieve a luxuriously smooth mixture.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and sugar (if using) to give your filling that extra touch of sweetness.
  4. Pour the beautifully silky chocolate mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  5. Place the tart in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes. The chocolate will melt even further, creating a rich, gooey filling.
  6. Remove the tart from the oven and scatter mini marshmallows generously over the top.
  7. Return the tart to the oven and set it to broil. Broil for just 1-2 minutes, keeping a close watch until the marshmallows transform into a golden, toasted delight.
  8. Allow your S’mores Tart to cool down before slicing into it.

Notes

For a more intense chocolate flavor, try using bittersweet or dark chocolate chips. Homemade crust can be used for a more indulgent base. Watch the broiler closely to prevent burning the marshmallows.
