A delicious twist on two favorite desserts, S’mores Cheesecake offers creamy, decadent flavors with a crunchy crust, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in whipped cream until smooth.
  5. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
  6. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or overnight.
  10. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and additional marshmallows before serving if desired.

Notes

For the best texture and flavor, let the cheesecake set overnight. Toasting mini marshmallows before topping adds extra flavor.
