  • 24 Oreos
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pie Plate by greasing a 9-inch pie plate to prevent sticking.
  2. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine.
  3. Combine crushed Oreos with melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  4. Form the crust by pressing the Oreo mixture into the pie plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Whip the cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. Mix the softened cream cheese until smooth in another bowl.
  7. Add peanut butter, remaining powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until creamy.
  8. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture gently.
  9. Assemble the pie with the creamy filling in the crust.
  10. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps in the filling.
