A delightful treat that encapsulates the warm, festive feelings of the holiday season with creamy, rich eggnog fudge.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Baking Dish: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper to make sure those sugary delights can be removed easily after chilling.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Infuse the Mixture: Remove from heat and mix in eggnog, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Add Some Crunch: If using, fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Spread the Mixture: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Chill to Perfection: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Serve Up Sweet Memories: Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store any leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can also be frozen for up to three months.
