An easy and flavorful dish combining juicy sausage, colorful bell peppers, and savory onions, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (Italian or your choice)
  • 1 bell pepper (mixed colors, sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss together the sausage, bell peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on a sheet pan.
  3. Arrange the ingredients in a single layer on the pan.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender, stirring halfway through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes
