Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, rosemary, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, rosemary, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix gently until everything is evenly distributed and holds together.
  4. Shape into 6 to 8 equal patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  6. Cook the patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Rest the patties on a plate for a few minutes to allow the juices to settle.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken with more lemon juice and rosemary before mixing. Don’t overmix to ensure moisture.
