A luscious Heart-Shaped Raspberry Mousse, perfect for sharing love and sweetness on any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Puree the raspberries until smooth and strain through a sieve.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin in water, then gently heat until dissolved.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then add sugar and vanilla.
  4. Fold the raspberry puree into the whipped cream carefully.
  5. Add the dissolved gelatin mixture into the raspberry cream.
  6. Mold the mousse into heart-shaped molds evenly.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours until set, then serve it chilled.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Serve garnished with fresh raspberries or whipped cream.
