A delightful combination of chocolate, peanut butter, and crispy Rice Chex cereal that creates a crunchy, sweet snack perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Measure your cereal in a large bowl and set it aside.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the coated cereal to a large resealable bag, add powdered sugar, and shake until well coated.
  6. Spread the sugary cereal mix on parchment paper to cool before serving.
