A comforting pork chop recipe seasoned with garlic and rosemary, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet, allowing the garlic to infuse into the oil.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Rest the pork chops for a few minutes before serving.
