A luscious and creamy filling made with mascarpone cheese and finely ground pistachios, perfect for cakes and cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup finely ground pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the mascarpone cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar to the mascarpone and mix until combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
  5. Stir in the finely ground pistachios, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Mix well until everything is fully combined.
