A delightful no-bake dessert combining sweet, creamy, and tropical flavors, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Layer the drained crushed pineapple on top of the cream cheese layer. If using, sprinkle shredded coconut over the pineapple.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a firmer texture, chill the dessert overnight. You can substitute whipped topping with homemade whipped cream for a fresh taste.
