Crispy, cheesy bites made with pepperoni and a blend of cheddar and mozzarella, perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices pizza pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place pepperoni slices in each cup of a non-stick muffin tin.
  3. Mix the grated cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until well combined.
  4. Evenly distribute the cheese mixture over the pepperoni slices and press down gently.
  5. Bake for about 8 minutes or until the edges are crispy and brown.
  6. Allow to cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes before removing.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping or ranch dressing. Best enjoyed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
