Creamy, rich peanut butter fudge that melts in your mouth, perfect for sharing and creating sweet memories.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butters: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and peanut butter together over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until fully combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
