A delightful no-bake dessert combining layers of creamy peanut butter, silky chocolate pudding, and crunchy peanut butter cookies.

  • 1 package of peanut butter cookies
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • Chocolate shavings or chips (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully blended for a light and airy filling.
  3. Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  4. Layer half of the peanut butter cookie base on the bottom of a large dish.
  5. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the cookies evenly.
  6. Add half of the chocolate pudding over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining peanut butter cookies, followed by the peanut butter mixture and the chocolate pudding.
  8. Top with chocolate shavings or chips for garnish.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can make this dessert a day in advance for the best flavors.
