  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the mashed chickpeas and peanut butter until well combined.
  3. Stir in the brown sugar or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips if you’re using them.
