Delightful peanut butter cookies topped with chocolate kisses, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate kisses

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
  6. Roll the dough into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
  8. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie immediately after they come out of the oven.
  9. Cool on a wire rack after a few minutes on the baking sheet.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. Freezing options are available for both unbaked dough and baked cookies.
