A creamy and dreamy peach ice cream that captures the essence of summer with ripe peaches and rich cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the peaches, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Whisk together heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  3. Stir in the peach puree until well mixed.
