Delicious Honey-Glazed Peach Crumble Bars featuring sweet, juicy peaches and a buttery, crumbly topping kissed with honey.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix together the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture feels crumbly.
  4. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  5. Layer the sliced peaches evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture generously over the peaches.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Drizzle warm honey over the bars as soon as they come out of the oven.
  9. Allow the bars to cool in the pan before slicing into squares.

Notes

Store leftover bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months for longer storage.
