A delightful dessert that combines sweet peaches with a crunchy oat topping, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the sliced peaches with granulated sugar and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Stir in the melted butter until crumbly.
  5. Spread the oat mixture over the peaches.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with ice cream.
