  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup kiwi, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the sugar cookie dough and shape it into a pizza crust on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread this mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
  3. Arrange the strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, and kiwi on top in a decorative pattern, creating a patriotic look.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. Slice and enjoy!
