Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Steak (cubed)
  • 1 Zucchini (sliced)

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Sear the cubed steak in the skillet, ensuring it browns nicely on all sides.
  3. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  4. Introduce the minced garlic and butter, stirring to coat the steak.
  5. Toss in the sliced zucchini, allowing it to infuse with the garlic butter.
