A creamy, rich Oreo cheesecake that brings joy with every bite.

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Additional Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter.
  3. Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream until just combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Slide the cheesecake into the oven and bake for 55-60 minutes.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for an hour.
  8. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  9. Top with additional Oreo cookies before serving.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for best blending. You can add cocoa powder for a deeper chocolate flavor.
