Easy-to-make Oreo Balls that bring a nostalgic touch to any gathering, combining the crunch of Oreos with the creaminess of cream cheese, all coated in chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Chocolate for coating (semi-sweet or white chocolate)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag until fine crumbs form.
  2. Cream together the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, let excess chocolate drip off, and return to the baking sheet. Add sprinkles if desired while the chocolate is wet.
  7. Chill until the chocolate is set, about 20 to 30 minutes.
