  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté the sausage in a large pot or skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook until softened.
