  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken or shrimp
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the vegetables: In a pan, heat oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and carrots until soft.
  2. Cook the protein: Add diced chicken or shrimp to the pan and cook until done.
  3. Combine with rice and ketchup: Stir in the cooked rice and ketchup, mixing well. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
