Delightful cookies with a warm, gooey Nutella center, perfect for creating sweet memories.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) so it’s ready and waiting for your delicious cookies.
  2. Cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Scoop a tablespoon of the dough, flatten it out, and place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center. Wrap the dough around the Nutella.
  6. Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers look slightly soft.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week or refrigerate for two weeks. Freeze the dough for up to three months.
