A velvety Nutella Ganache Frosting that transforms any cake or dessert into a luxurious treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 oz Chocolate (dark or semi-sweet)

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it’s almost boiling.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add in the Nutella and chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  3. Let the ganache cool to room temperature.
  4. Whip the ganache until it becomes light and fluffy.
  5. Enjoy your Nutella Ganache Frosting as a topping or filling for cakes, cupcakes, or desserts.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Before using, bring to room temperature and whip if necessary.
