Delightful bite-sized desserts featuring a crunchy graham cracker crust filled with rich Nutella and cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in another bowl. Stir until it resembles wet sand, then press into molds.
  3. Pour the Nutella cheesecake mixture on top of the crust, smoothing it with a spatula.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
  5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is softened. They can also be frozen for up to a month.
