Deliciously fudgy Nutella brownies that are quick and easy to make, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt Nutella and unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the sugar until well combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  6. Mix together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  7. Add the dry mixture to the Nutella batter until just combined.
  8. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  11. Cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an indulgent treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
