Delightful and creamy no-bake turtle mini cheesecakes topped with caramel and pecans.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Mini graham cracker crusts

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Spoon the cheesecake filling into the mini graham cracker crusts.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce over each cheesecake.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top for flavor and texture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. These can also be frozen for up to two months.
