No-Bake Shamrock Mint Chocolate Lasagna

A delightful no-bake dessert that combines chocolate and mint flavors, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings or chips for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with the melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and peppermint extract. Spread this mixture over the crust.
  3. Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions using 4 cups of milk. Once it has thickened, pour the pudding over the mint layer.
  4. Spread the remaining whipped topping on top of the pudding layer.
  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings or chips.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving.

Notes

For stronger mint flavor, increase peppermint extract. Best enjoyed within the first few days.
