A delightful blend of rich cream cheese and fluffy whipped cream, all enveloped in the crunch of Oreo cookies.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreos (for crust and filling)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 cups Whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted, for crust)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the Oreo crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  6. Add crushed Oreos and mix gently.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother mixture. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
