  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream (or whipped topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined and fluffy.
  4. Add the crushed Oreos to the cream cheese mixture for added texture and flavor.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the cheesecake is set and firm to the touch.
  7. Garnish with additional crushed Oreos before serving to add a decorative touch and extra flavor.
