A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of crunchy biscuit, creamy sweetened condensed milk, caramel, and dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 100g caramel sauce
  • 50g icing sugar
  • 200g sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan or microwave until completely liquid.
  3. Combine the melted butter with the crushed biscuit crumbs in a mixing bowl.
  4. Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a greased square baking tin to form an even base.
  5. In a bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and icing sugar until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the filling.
  7. Melt the dark chocolate gently, then pour it over the set caramel layer.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate is fully set, then cut into squares and serve!

Notes

For perfect squares, use a sharp knife and cut while slightly chilled. Ensure your base is firmly pressed into the tin.
