Instructions

  1. Create the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
