A delightful and creamy no-bake cheesecake that’s perfect for warm evenings and special occasions.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Blend the Creamy Filling: In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
  4. Combine and Smooth: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top.
  5. Chill and Set: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Serve chilled, topped with your choice of fruit or chocolate if desired.
