A creamy and light no-bake cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Create the Graham Cracker Crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Whip the Heavy Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Combine the Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  6. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
