A delightful No-Bake Cheesecake that’s creamy and easy to make, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the cream cheese filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Serve chilled, optionally topping with fruit or chocolate.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Avoid overmixing the heavy cream to keep it light and fluffy. Experiment with different toppings to add variety.
