A creamy, no-bake dessert that layers bananas, cream cheese, and vanilla wafers, reminiscent of summer picnics and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package of vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Creaming the Base: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Whipping Up the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Thickening the Pudding: In a separate bowl, whisk the banana pudding mix with milk until thickened.
  4. Folding it All Together: Gently fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Layering Deliciousness: In a greased springform pan, layer the vanilla wafers, followed by sliced bananas, and then the pudding mixture. Repeat until reaching the top.
  6. Chill and Set: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  7. Final Touches: Top with additional whipped cream and banana slices before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can add cinnamon for a unique twist.
