Ingredients

  • Kielbasa
  • Dijon mustard
  • Honey (optional)

  • Onion powder
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the kielbasa into thin slices, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Mix Dijon mustard, honey (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a small bowl.
