A delightful pastry made of fluffy biscuit pieces coated in cinnamon sugar and drenched in a rich butter and brown sugar sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar (for glaze, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl.
  4. Roll each biscuit piece in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Layer the coated biscuit pieces into a bundt pan.
  6. Melt the butter and brown sugar together over medium heat and pour over biscuit pieces.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let the bread cool for a few minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
  9. Drizzle with glaze made from powdered sugar and milk, if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days. Reheat in the microwave to restore gooeyness. Avoid overbaking to keep it soft inside.
