A delightful dessert featuring rich chocolate and fluffy marshmallow cream, perfect for chocolate lovers.

  • 1 pre-made chocolate pie crust
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions of the pie crust. Bake the pie crust if necessary. Allow to cool.
  2. Spread the chocolate fudge evenly over the bottom of the cooled pie crust.
  3. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and nuts (if using) into the whipped cream.
  5. Spread the marshmallow cream mixture over the fudge layer in the pie crust.
  6. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or overnight to set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder.

Notes

For a homemade touch, make your chocolate fudge from scratch. Experiment with different nuts for added flavor.
