Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, mint extract, and salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add a few drops of green food coloring to achieve your desired color (if using).
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
