Instructions

  2. Combine the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix together the milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients; be careful not to overmix.
  4. Heat the Skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot.
  5. Cook the Pancakes: Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form mini pancakes, cooking until bubbles form before flipping.
  6. Fill with Blackberry Cream: Make a small indentation in each pancake and fill it with blackberry cream.
  7. Serve Warm: Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
